CHICHESTER BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 8, 2004
Members Present: Ed Meehan, Chairman; Steve MacCleery, Ex-Officio; Jeff Jordan; Lou Barker; Mark McIntosh; Diana Calder.
Purpose for this public meeting is for the sole purpose of determining if the submitted application of James M. Mullaney, Map 2 Lots 67 & 77, seeking a variance to Article III, Section P-wetlands materially differs from his previous application and denial.
Steve MacCleery stated that he had once again spoken with town council concerning this matter and in both of their opinions the current application is different from the previous one submitted. This application is seeking a variance to the wetlands where the previous applications were asking for administrative appeals and a variance concerning vesting of the growth ordinance.
It was felt by all present that the submitted application was a new request and that a public hearing should be scheduled.
MOTION
Lou Barker motioned to accept the applications of James M. Mullaney requesting a variance to Article III, Section P-wetlands for Map 2 Lots 67 & 77 and to schedule a public hearing. Mark McIntosh seconded. Vote 6-0 in favor of motion. Motion carried.
Public hearing has been scheduled for September 22, 2004.
